This Website Privacy Policy explains how the participating Stan McNabb dealerships identified below (collectively, “Stan McNabb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with stanmcnabb.com, stanmcnabbchevy.com, stanmcnabbgmc.com, stanmcnabbchevroletcolumbia.com, stanmcnabbcadillac.com, and stanmcnabbcdjr.com, or related webpages, forms, chat tools, and digital services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).

This Policy applies to information collected through the Sites and related digital communications. It does not replace a separate financial privacy notice provided in connection with vehicle financing, leasing, or another financial product or service. General Motors LLC (“GM”), Stellantis N.V. and its applicable affiliates (“Stellantis”), lenders, and other third parties may have their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit or otherwise provide, including:
Identifiers and contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, online identifiers, account credentials, driver’s-license information, and similar identifiers.
Vehicle and commercial information, such as vehicles owned, leased, serviced, traded, or considered; VIN; mileage; trade-in details; service and warranty history; appointment information; and purchase preferences.
Finance and transaction information, such as employment, income, housing, insurance, payment, account, Social Security number, and information submitted for a credit or lease application. Secure third-party platforms, lenders, and credit bureaus may process this information.
Communications and preferences, such as inquiries, chat transcripts, call or text records, appointment requests, reviews, surveys, marketing choices, and consent records.
Eligibility information for manufacturer or dealership programs, such as military, veteran, first-responder, educator, student, or other qualifying status.
Employment-application information if you apply through a Site.
Any other information you voluntarily provide.
Information collected automatically
When you visit a Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, device identifiers, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring source, pages viewed, searches, links clicked, forms or fields selected, session activity, and visit dates and times. Depending on the Site tools in use, information entered into a form field may be captured as you interact with the Site even if you do not ultimately submit the form.
Information from other sources
We may obtain information from GM, Stellantis, other manufacturers or distributors, affiliated dealerships, advertising and lead providers, social-media platforms, data providers, credit bureaus, lenders, finance sources, anti-fraud providers, and vendors supporting our Sites and dealership operations. We may combine this information with information collected through the Sites.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, scripts, session-recording or replay technologies, and similar tools to operate the Sites, remember preferences, maintain accounts, measure traffic and performance, understand visitor behavior, attribute leads or sales, personalize content, create audience segments, and support advertising and retargeting.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. A Site may display a cookie or privacy-preference tool where available. Disabling technologies may affect functionality. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly recognized. Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
3. How We Use Information
Respond to inquiries and provide information about vehicles, financing, leasing, trade-ins, service, parts, recalls, warranties, and dealership programs.
Schedule and manage test drives, sales and service appointments, repairs, payments, transactions, credit or lease applications, and customer accounts.
Communicate by telephone, email, chat, or text message in accordance with your choices and applicable law.
Personalize and improve the Sites; analyze performance; conduct attribution; understand customer interests; and improve advertising, products, services, and operations.
Deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based or targeted advertising where permitted.
Create aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, planning, and lawful business purposes.
Detect and prevent fraud or misuse, secure systems, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, comply with law, and maintain records.
Evaluate employment applications and administer recruiting.

Participating dealerships and other companies under common ownership or control.
GM, Stellantis, and other vehicle manufacturers or distributors in connection with inquiries, sales, leases, ownership, warranty, recall, connected services, customer support, and service history.
Banks, credit unions, finance companies, credit bureaus, insurers, payment processors, and parties involved in a requested transaction.
Website hosts, dealership-management and customer-relationship platforms, chat, telephone, email and text providers, lead providers, analytics and advertising providers, data and anti-fraud providers, professional advisers, and vendors performing services for us.
Government authorities, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or operations.
A buyer, successor, lender, or other party in connection with an actual or proposed sale, merger, financing, reorganization, or business transfer.
Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as disclosed when information is collected.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly and may treat disclosures of online identifiers, device information, or Site activity to advertising or analytics providers as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where applicable, use the Site’s privacy-preference tool or contact us to request an opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of consumers under 16.
5. Manufacturer Data Sharing
General Motors
When you use a GM-brand Site or inquire about, purchase, lease, own, or service a GM vehicle, GM may receive information you enter, browsing or lead information, contact details, transaction information, VIN, vehicle make, model and model year, transaction date, service history, warranty or recall information, and other information permitted by law. GM’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy statement at gm.com/privacy.
Stellantis
When you use a Stellantis-brand Site or inquire about, purchase, lease, own, or service a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT, or other Stellantis vehicle, Stellantis and its applicable affiliates may receive information you enter, browsing or lead information, contact details, transaction information, VIN, vehicle make, model and model year, transaction date, service history, warranty or recall information, and other information permitted by law. Stellantis’s handling of information is governed by its applicable privacy statement, including the statement available through stellantis.com or the applicable vehicle-brand website.
6. Text Messaging Privacy
If you separately opt in to a text messaging program, the dealership identified in the consent may use your mobile number and related information to send messages consistent with the program selected. Messages may include customer-care responses, sales follow-up, service reminders, appointment notifications, vehicle or repair-status updates, recall or warranty information, and marketing or promotional offers. Consent to one dealership, program, or purpose does not constitute consent to another dealership, program, or purpose.
Text messaging opt-in information and customer consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us operate our messaging program, solely to provide those services on our behalf.
Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase, lease, or service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Additional provisions appear in our Website Terms and Conditions.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link. We may still send nonmarketing communications about an active request or transaction.
Text messages: reply STOP to the sending number; reply HELP for assistance.
Cookies and targeted advertising: adjust browser settings or use the Site’s privacy-preference tool, where available.
Account information: use the applicable account feature or contact the appropriate dealership.
Telephone marketing: tell the representative you do not wish to receive marketing calls.
8. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your residence and whether an applicable state privacy law covers our processing, you may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, or portability; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain sensitive-data uses; or appeal a denial. Rights are subject to verification, exceptions, and limitations. Information governed by federal financial privacy laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or other sector-specific laws may be exempt.
Submit a request to the applicable dealership using Section 15. Describe the request and your state of residence. We may verify your identity and request proof of an agent’s authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, website, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, driver’s-license images, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or an unsecured form.
10. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete transactions, maintain customer and vehicle records, meet legal and manufacturer requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate operations. Periods vary by information type and applicable requirements.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Sites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information through a Site.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Sites may link to or integrate services operated by manufacturers, lenders, social-media platforms, mapping services, payment providers, or others. We do not control their privacy, security, content, or availability. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
13. United States Use
The Sites are operated in the United States and intended primarily for United States residents. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where providers operate, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
