My experience with the dealership was excellent. I first reached out to the dealership via email and soon heard back from them about the vehicle we were interested in. They maintained good communication throughout the process, and we set up a time for a test drive. At the dealership, the salesman we dealt with was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We decided to purchase said vehicle and this process went very smoothly. All the dealership staff we have met have been friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend working with them.

Even after choosing one I asked if I could sit in a Chevy Traverse which was the next car up from the Equinox I was purchasing. I wanted to compare size. I received great service! I was interested in a used vehicle, but it was at their Columbia store. Paul had it delivered to Tullahoma for me and I fell in love with it!
